Fundamentals of Foot Reflexology
Healthy Feet—Healthy Body Workshop
In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of Foot Reflexology and how to begin using it to address their common health concerns.
Foot reflexology can be used to help relieve aches and back and joint pain, coughs and colds, fevers, headaches, indigestion, sinusitis, inflammation, low energy, eye strain, ear infections, and much more.
It is an easy to learn, safe and natural form of therapy. Participants will be learning the Chinese Rwo Shur Method of Foot Reflexology.
In this method, the reflexology points are located in relation to the bones of the feet. This means that the points can be pinpointed very accurately.
Participants will learn a simple system to help them locate over 60 reflexology points without referring to a chart.
They will also learn correct breathing techniques while massaging specific areas of the feet to release physical and energetic kinks in the body.
