Fundamentals of Foot Reflexology

hands doing foot reflexologyHealthy Feet—Healthy Body Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the fundamentals of Foot Reflexology and how to begin using it to address their common health concerns.

Foot reflexology can be used to help relieve aches and back and joint pain, coughs and colds, fevers, headaches, indigestion, sinusitis, inflammation, low energy, eye strain, ear infections, and much more.

It is an easy to learn, safe and natural form of therapy. Participants will be learning the Chinese Rwo Shur Method of Foot Reflexology.

In this method, the reflexology points are located in relation to the bones of the feet. This means that the points can be pinpointed very accurately.

Participants will learn a simple system to help them locate over 60 reflexology points without referring to a chart.

They will also learn correct breathing techniques while massaging specific areas of the feet to release physical and energetic kinks in the body.

This workshop was fantastic! Manisha’s warm heart and generous spirit, combined with her expertise in the field of reflexology, made this workshop highly appealing to me. Her teaching style is engaging. She has an innate talent to impart knowledge succinctly and with amazing clarity. She provided an interesting overview of the science and history of reflexology. She was also very attentive to the needs of the participants, thoughtfully answered our questions, and provided much one-on-one coaching. I left with useful tools, charts, resources, in short, vital information to pursue a more health-conscious lifestyle. Thank you, Manisha!

I am very happy, I had a chance to attend “Fundamentals of Foot Reflexology” workshop. It was exactly what I was hoping for. Working on practicing techniques right along with Manisha, was great for me, as I am a hands-on learner. We were getting immediate feedback, instructions and guidance during the practice part of the course, and Manisha managed to check on each and everyone. Learning in a small group and in a very homey atmosphere, with such an engaging and passionate teacher as Manisha, has been a great pleasure. I am currently putting it to practice with my kids and they are loving it.
Yes, there is a lot to remember!!! But we left with a chart, training materials, as well as reflexology tool, that has served me a great assistance at home.

Manisha’s reflexology workshop was such a great experience. She offered this workshop in an intimate atmosphere that I appreciate when learning new skills. The beginner’s workshop was well-paced with clear instructions and there was plenty of time for ‘hands-on’ time on your own feet. Manisha is an excellent instructor; she possesses great energy and has so much passion about the Rwo Shur method of reflexology! I can proudly say that I am confident to do this on myself, family and friends now!

I was looking for the right person to teach me the mysteries of foot reflexology for some years now and finally found her! Manisha is a true artist who is able to impart a highly detailed knowledge and technique in a way that makes you get the excited, “I can’t believe I am actually doing this!” feel. I started using foot reflexology on myself and my family members and the results are even better than I had expected. Highly recommended. Inborn talent not required.
